Hi, I have added a search widget in the middle of my page. It’s the search field BELOW the map. I have Relevanssi and Search WPLive Ajax Search plugins.

When I try to index from within Relevanssi’s search options, it doesn’t seem to do anything other than showing: Counting posts… 95 posts found.
The time elapsed counter continues to count and the time remaining says “some time”. After 10 minutes that’s still all that’s showing.

I have the following configurations selected:

    Post Types: Posts, Pages, Testimonials
    Taxominies: category, post_tag
    Expand Short Codes When Indexing

Is there something further I need to configure? Please help.

Try disabling short code expansion, that’s a common source of problems like this.

I have the same problem too.
I have tables made with “TablePress” that I would like to index. They have some shortcodes in some pages.
If I disable the expanding shortcode field, they are not indexed and I do not get those tables in the search results, but I need to have them.
In the “Indexing Options” the type “tablepress_table” is set activated in the “Index” column, but the “Excluded from the search?” Column it is set to “yes”. I have read that that column does not matter in building the Relevanssi index, but how is it possible to change that column from “yes” to “no”?
How can I index my tables without getting a block of Relevanssi?

    Regards, Andrea.
