use of box.com for preview

I see the preview now works but the description is still getting the admin-ajar.php error.

What did you do to fix the first issue?

Frankly, I don’t know… It start working a few minutes after I sent the message. Only know the message appear even after a few refreshes and then start opening again.

For the admin-ajax.php error can I help with some testing on my side?

could you check your server logins for any errors that are occurring. Usually that error means that it can’t find a function or variable.

I could, if I knew where to look. Can you give me a hint?

And it’s only happening with our site?

Your apache server logs, are usually found in your admin console.

Didn’t found the apache server logs but it’s working now. Have you done something?

I didn’t change anything on my end.

Well, I can’t say I did something specifically to solve it but it’s working now and that’s great.
