Stars not appearing on HTTPS version after upgrade from HTTP

The stars on my plugin are not showing up after upgrading to HTTPS from HTTP. I thought about deleting the plugin and trying to reinstall, but I don’t want to delete the associated data (i.e. reviews) with it. I checked the “options” section and don’t see any option to update from HTTP to HTTPS. I’ve checked these forums and developer documentation and found nothing on this topic.
