Apostrophes not being parsed correctly

Hi there,

I am using the Gutenberg page editor with WordPress 4.9.4 with the SNAP plugin configured to post %ANNOUNCE% to Facebook upon publishing each post.

However, for my recent posts, I am noticing that the excerpt that eventually gets posted to Facebook is not parsing apostrophes properly, as follows:

So let&# x27;s do something a little different here and look back to 2008 instead, which, to me, doesn&# x27;t feel that long ago.

where &# x27; (without the spaces) is being substituted for an apostrophe.

How do I resolve this issue? Thank you!
