Show PDF invoice and packing slip to vendor

Unfortunately I’m not familiar with the WC Marketplace multivendor plugin but if you have access to the order overview you should be able to view PDF Invoices. (Since the last WooCommerce update the action buttons are hidden by default so make sure they are turned on by going to your order overview and check the ‘actions’ checkbox in the screen options at the top right corner.)

You can also attach invoices to the Vendor mails. Go to your WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice and select the correct emails in the ‘Attach to’ option.

Thanks for the reply. The action buttons are available for the admin login, but they are not available for the vendor logins.

The email option is there, but I would love for the vendors to get it directly from their accounts.

Please do let me know if you know of any other way of getting this done.

Unfortunately, this is more complex than you may think, due to how viewing rights on PDF invoices are managed. I recommend contacting the WC Marketplace developers, you can point them to Dokan Invoice for inspiration: https://github.com/weDevsOfficial/dokan-invoice
(specifically, the hook wpo_wcpdf_check_privs).
As you can see Dokan is already integrated, so if you haven’t looked at that option I highly recommend it!
