Can’t add first item on wishlist to cart

    On the wishlist page if I try to add the first element to the cart nothing happens. The rest can be added without problem.
    The first add to cart is not enclosed in a submit form.

    (Not theme specific tried with multiple themes, and also with any other plugins disabled. )
