Making a Contact form in WP?

    How do I go about making a contact form in WP?

    Also are there any good themes for artists porfolios?

    there are a bunch of form plugins. Have you tried any of those?

    Brett is correct – there are several form plugins which work well. Also, the Atahualpa theme has a nice interface that allows you to build a form with custom fields.
