Amazing plugin. Even better support!

I installed this plugin and couldn’t get it working. No doubt something I was doing wrong. So I emailed the developers. Less than an hour later, they offer to fix it for me. Couple of hours later, they’ve fixed it!

How has a free plugin got such awesome support?!
