    Very good Plugin! I was able to get a good result with him. But unfortunately it only works In Google Сhrome browser & Safari. I request you to solve this problem, because my customers use different browsers (Opera, Yandex, Firefox). WordPress 4.9.4, Woocommerce 3.3.3, PHP 7.1

    Thank you for kind words.

    The plugin is expected to work in all major browsers. I have also just double checked it with the latest Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Yandex.Browser and see no issues.

    Could you provide more info on the issue:
    — What doesn’t work exactly?
    — Browser versions, version of the plugin;
    — Screenshots or a screencast would be great also.

    I have installed all browsers of the latest versions. I organized the delivery in such a way: created several delivery zones and this plugin is used to calculate the cost of delivery depending on the weight. In some zones only this plugin, and in other zones this plugin and other methods are used. Plugin version 5.2.0

    Thank you for the additional information. Unfortunately, I still have no idea what the problem is and how to reproduce it. When you mention it doesn’t work in some browsers, it could be just anything. A lot of possible issues can be described as “doesn’t work”.

    It would be great if you let me know what you do, what you get and what you expect to get instead; along with browser version(s) and screenshots.

    Hello! I was able to deal with the problem, my mistake. Not all products have been put down weight. I apologize. Your plugin is great!
