XML setting disappeared after update

    after i have updated yoast seo plugin the XML settings disappeared

    any advice?

    I lost this myself, took a while and some code digging but found it under General > Features then click the question mark beside ‘XML Sitemaps’;

    @moussamhanna As of the 7.0 release of Yoast you would no longer see the sitemaps option in the SEO menu, as whether pages/posts are included in the XML sitemap is controlled through the ‘Search Appearance>Content Types’ area. When you choose whether a page/post is shown in search results, this also affects whether it is included in the sitemap. We have more information about the changes implemented in the 7.0 release of Yoast SEO here: https://yoast.com/yoast-seo-7-0/
