• Often in your help documentation, eg, the CSV format for exporting email addresses, is in the form of a screenshot, which is totally unusable by a blind person using a screenreader. Could you please either replace or supplement these screenshots by corresponding text in these documents, ie, email, name ?

This would help your plugin to comply w/WordPress’s commitment to accessibility, ie,, core is committed to conformance w/AA standards as set forth by WCAG 2.0. Thank you.

Obviously I’d appreciate knowing precisely in what format my .csv text file should be in as a short term solution, but, from a long term basis, it’d be really good if you could replace &/or supplement these screenshots w/appropriate text. This looks like it might be a good plugin if I could figure out how to get it working.

I have made a note of it and we would surely think of making our documentation completely accessible.

A CSV file should always in the following form:- Email, Name.
It should be saved in Windows Comma Demiliated format.

Do let me know if you need any help further.
