    Hello,

    is there a way to show the shipping fee also if a user is not log in?
    I found a strange situation about the shipping fee. If I am log in it show correctly but if not I can’t see the shipping fee.
    Is there a particular set up to follow to show always this cost?

    I think maybe you need an address entered on your site to get the shipping rates? This is based on your shipping settings.

    When you log in, there may be an address saved to your profile, which is why you are then noticing shipping rates.

    You could enable the shipping calculator on the cart page to help solve this, could also play around with the “default customer location” settings in the General settings tab.
