Can’t login to my pro account anymore

Hi, I need help with my pro account for MetaSlider. I am a paid customer for years but when I want to login to my account so I can enable the pro settings on my website again.

I see that we now need to fill in a form with our account on the WordPress dashboard but when I want to do that the Meta Slider website doesn’t recognize any of my emails anymore so now I can’t use what I paid for and I really need this fixed, thanks.
