Auto Logged out after Socila Login

We are unable to reproduce this scenario at our end. You would like to try keeping only our plugin active just to check if that makes any difference.

Hi Heateor, did you checked in my webpage, with the links i provided? I believe that is is related to the Links and how the request is made to facebook.

I can see that the Auth with Facebook happens as a new user is registered in the system, all data is correctly filled in in the DB, but for some reason WordPress logs out the user immediately. If i follow the recover password link, and get a new pass, and i am able to join using user and Pass.

Anyway i have installed another social login plugin,and it works without any issue, so the problem is with Socializer. I will debug a little bit how the call to facebook, and the return is made with the other plugin, and will try to replicate with Socializer.

If i manage to understand the reason, i will leave here the solution … if not, well i will go with the other plugin …

Not able to understand the reason why the plugin is behaving like this.

I have followed all the steps on the help/guide. I see the users being registered, meaning that APP id and App secret are working. The problem is that when the Login/Register process ends, the Site is automatically logging out the user!

The call to APP Facebook, is with this url:
https://pequenasmemorias.com/site?SuperSocializerAuth=Facebook&super_socializer_redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fpequenasmemorias.com%2Fsite%2F6763-2% There is no “/” after the Domain dir “site”, but i did tried addint the “/”, and some other variations, to see if this was the cause for the error …

Plugin makes the request in the same way at all the websites and it’s working. That’s why we suggested to keep only our plugin active for a while. You can see the working demo at following link:

As you can see there is a difference. in your demo site the request adds a “/” at the end, on my case, it dosent …

If you check the step 9.2 https://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-facebook-app-id/, you will notice that it says to append /?SuperSocializerAuth=Facebook to the homepage url. You have appended (Note the / at the beginning) ?SuperSocializerAuth=Facebook, it seems.

Well unfortunately it seems that you are not spending much time on a support request. That configuration that you are referring too in on Developers Facebook (and by the way it was correct), as the problem is not the return from Facebook, but the original link that is attached to the Facebook icon in the webpage. It is the original link in the website that is not appending the “/” and the call to facebook is made without it.

But … forget! I will use another plugin to make the Social Login, as unfortunately … this one, and the support of it, will not work …
