Support not timely

    Update Jan. 2019

    Phone support is challenging now. They do not call back after you leave name and number, or when you do get through the result is, “We will submit a ticket.” And then nothing seems to happen.

    I did not have luck with support in either forums or by support@homefinder…but speaking with someone in person took care of my questions in a snap! Thank you!
