That errors means, there is image entry on the database but that image not in files. Can you check these images from Media Library? Are there look like broken on Media Library or visible normal?

According to www.ads-software.com forum guides you can’t ask for email or can’t share email address;

We can’t do that for you but I can explain with screenshots. First, you need to go to Media > Library page;

Then you can use the search bar to search these images that shown in error message. You need to put image name with extension;

Then check the image are they look normal or broken?

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

So, please. Keep it here and don’t repeat that again.

Most all of my images on the backend do not show , but if I go to the listing all the images are showing . I am not very savvy on computers or WordPress .
I noticed that the image extensions most are “jpeg” ,and “jpg”
I don’t know what to do . Should I delete all of them ?. Should I delete the actual listing that is showing well on the front end ?
-if I click “view attachment page”nothing shows on the front end > is a grey page .

You need to check is visible images same with broken on the backend? Even if the frontend side looks okay, you still need to fix backend side. You can reupload same images, it can solve but that way maybe need update these image used pages too.

If you are not comfortable about all of these problems, I think best way can be hiring a developer to fix it, or you can use General WordPress forums for help to fix image problems first. Then you can use Smush.
