Attachement file Error on mobile upload

    Hello,

    I have see an error when i upload 2 files (picture) with my iPhone (test on safari and chrome).
    I take 2 pictures, I save the form, but the same and last picture taken was same…
    This don’t happen on a computer.

    Do you have a solution ?
