Plugin didn’t work and no refund so far

The plugin didn’t meet our project’s needs. But we took a chance on it because their website guaranteed a 30 day money back guarantee.
So far we haven’t been able to get a refund yet. We got one response to our email, but zero responses since then.
Here’s the response (which was a bit fishy that they asked for so much info, which we did not provide them -there’s no need for this info for them to process a refund):

We look forward to taking care of this for you as smoothly as possible.”All in all, very disappointed with this. Seems like the money is lost.
