Hello ,

The program_titles_by_taxonomy setting is still experimental and may not work for normal WordPress Categories.

If 474 is a regular blog post category, remove the attributes program_titles_by_taxonomy and term_taxonomy_id, instead use the category attribute.

e.g.
[powerpress_playlist links="true" category="474"]

See if that works.
