Can’t add “Recepients” for Alerts

    Hello,

    I have the latest WP (latest) and WooCommerce (Version 3.3.3) installed.

    No email is sent to Admin when user subscribes for a product.

    Also, when i checked the Email Alerts i do not see the “Recepient” field when i get to admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email&section=wc_admin_email_stock_alert

    However, when i check the core WooCommerce Email settings, i am getting the field of Receipients where i can add/remove email ids to be notified.

    Please help.

    ok so i missed an import information.

    The original problem is there is no email being sent to “Admin” Or “Shop Manager” roles.

    To fix this i was trying to find if there is a setting that i should turn on or add email recipients.

    Hi @snaushads, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

    We have doubled checked the all the emails on our side, they are working properly.

    Can you please use some SMTP plugin like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/, this should resolve the issue.
