Some issues

  • Hello there !
    I’ve just bought the Ultimate product catalogue, that I use with Ultimate Lightbox.

    I encounter some problems :
    – With firefox, the click on background doesn’t close the lightbox. Is there a fix?
    – When I am on a product page with only one image, the lightbox still show the arrow to change image. If I click on one, the image disappear and I can’t make it coming back. Can I hide the arrows when there is only one picture ?
    I had an other issue with the social media buttons. When opening the lightbox, they were still showing over the product picture. I had to change the z-index for them, but maybe they are a better solution ?
    Well, this is it for now ?? I hope someone can help me !
    (Oh, and excuse me in advance for my english, it’s not my first language, so tell me if you don’t understand something ?? )

    Hi nhibel,

    Thanks for letting us know about these. We’ve just released an update that makes the background click to close work in Firefox. It was an issue with Firefox not recognizing the toElement in the JS.

    We’ll have to take a further look at your second issue, with the arrows making the image disappear when there’s only one image in the lightbox. When we have a solution for that, we’ll include it in an update.

    The z-index fix you applied is your best bet for that.
