    Dears,

    Since many webhosting providers have limitations, do you have some recommandations/correlation with number of tickets ? for exemple DB table size, inode, processors and so on

    Hi:

    Unfortunately we don’t have concrete recommendations on this. For many users it is going to vary substantially because of the other plugins that are running on the same WP instance.

    How many tickets per day are you receiving now?

    I am planning to offer the services for some specific compagnies and I am planning to use your Agency bundle.

    Please at least a roule of thumb if you can ? or exemples..

    Hi:

    Our demo site is hosted on a standard install at flywheel.com (asdemo.flywheelsites.com). This has most of our add-ons installed. On this configuration you can easily handle thousands of tickets. Since most queries only involve open tickets and there are generally much fewer open tickets, you can generally handle a higher volume of tickets that might be immediately obvious.
