When adding to products by cart; plugin 302’s and DOES NOT add to cart

Tested with latest woocommerce, php 7.0, and latest wordpress.

I’ve tried disabling all plugins except for the stripe plugin, and woo commerce.

Use case: You want to create a add-to-cart url so you can hand it to affiliates.
You give them a link like: https://www.magicpresspass.com/?add-to-cart=9&quantity=1&apply_coupon=5affoff&ref=1

Expected Results: The product will be added to cart.

Actual Result: You are 302 redirected to: https://www.magicpresspass.com/?quantity=1&ref=1 ;; which does not add the product to cart.

Any suggestion?
