‘Loading Spinner’ is broken (not animating) (Woocommerce)

    After selecting a date on a Woocommerce Bookings product, the animated spinner does not animate. On the cart page and all other pages as far as I can find, the spinner is animated just fine. It is only on the product page that it isn’t animating.
    [Update]: The spinners on the whole site are not animating.
    I cannot see any errors in the console.
    I have tried disabling all plugins except Woocommerce and Woocommerce Bookings. I have tried the Storefront theme and it’s animations are fine.
    This is very confusing for customers as they cannot see to wait for the spinner to finish it’s ‘loading’ and click the Book button which results in an error (as it hasn’t finished loading yet).
