PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header()

Hiya,

Twenty Seventeen is not our active theme, but we have this error coming up in our PHP error_log:

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyseventeen/404.php:13

I’m running v1.4 of the theme on WordPress v4.9.4 on PHP v7.0.28.

Could you let me know how to resolve.
