I recently upgraded a very old version of WordPress. However, I am not able to login. The login screen just reloads, although the URL is a redirect:

    https://www.californiapatriot.org/blog/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.californiapatriot.org%2Fblog%2Fwp-admin%2F

I’ve tried going back to the old version, re-installing, clearing my caches and cookies, deleting my plugins, and logging out, but nothing has worked. Someone told me it was probably a database error, which makes sense, given that when I did the original upgrade, the upgrading of the database took about 2 seconds, even though it said it would take a while. The question is, what should the database look like, and how do I fix it?

Thanks in advance for your help. I really appreciate it, as this is quite urgent!
