Lessons reload the entire page instead of ajax loading

(Note: this site is still being built, so excuse the styles, etc..)
When viewing lessons within a course, clicking another lesson in the left menu causes the entire page to reload instead of ajax load the selected lesson.
Is there a settings for this?
