Dont work correctly with WPML and Yoast

Custom Permalinks plugin dont show WPML language slug as static (not changeable).
Permalink Manager Lite, for example, works correctly – let you edit only permalink after WPML language slug and correctly show this slug as static.

If you need to edit permalink – for correct work you need to remove WPML language slug from page permalink in edit field. Then WPML will automatically insert its language slug. Otherwise double language slug will be inserted.

And there is Yoast SEO canonical link problem – double slashes in canonical links after permalink edit. Permalink Manager Lite also dont have this problem.

Can you please elaborate the scenario for this. I have checked some pages which have custom permalinks but canonical works correctly there.

Could you please confirm that either this issue only occurs when WPML and Yoast SEO are enabled? As i am checking this issue with only Yoast SEO and doesn’t found it.

Let me know how this issue can be generated.

    Thanks,

I can confirm that canonical issue occurs when both WPML and Yoast SEO are enabled.

And there still is issue with WPML language slug detection.
