    Hi, since updating this site to the new WordPress we are experiencing issues with the smart form and recieving an error once you submit the form saying “An error occurred, please try again later”. Also, we’ve noticed the captcha isn’t always displaying. Please can you assist?

    It’s the most recent update. The form was working before the WordPress and then the form update ??

    Hello!

    Are you sure you have the latest smart forms update? Your form is using a captcha v1 which is actually not working anymore. A recent version of the plugin has the new captcha (v2)

    I’m sure it had updated last time but obviously it hadn’t when I went back in to check! Thank you, its working now!
