Not all my subscribers get the newsletter

  • Hello,
    I have an issue described as it follows:
    – I installed Email Subscribers & Newsletters aprox 2 months ago and everything was working well until 2 weekes ago when, after reaching almost 150 subscribers, not all of them are getting my newsletter when I post a new article on my site; it is very strange.
    When I check the reports section I find out that the last newsletter was sent to 98 subscribers not 150. I also checked out, talking with some subscribers and they confirmed me they did not receive anything on email altough they are subscribed clients.
    – I use Gmail SMTP plugin, until now this one really works for me. I have not used cron setting and I do not intend to use it
    Can you please tell me what is happening?

    Tell your Subscribers to check in their SPAM/JUNK folder
    >> I told them and some of them with gmail account received the newsletter in inbox, some of them in Spam folder, some of them did not receieve anything, and those with yahoo account (I also have a yahoo account) did not recieve anything.

    Plugin Settings
    >> I have the latest version of plugin, all the categories are already checked in settings because every post need to be announced by newsletter; all the subscribers are confirmed with single opt-in ; I also changed the e-mail type but no results

    Number of Subscribers
    >> I have almost 150 subscribers. I use Gmail SMTP plugin – until 3 weeks ago everything worked well with in combination with this plugin.

    Host/Server End Settings
    >> I asked the host provider if there is something wrong/error regarding this situationand he told me there is no pb.
