It’s not a known issue… could you tell us what the audit trail is reporting?

Hmm, looks like there’s a lot of “black list connection killed” messages: “Visitor was found to be on the Black List with IP address \”209.59.185.4\” and their connection was killed.”

Most of those are from user “unidentified” but there’s at least one from “WP Cron”.

There are TONS of these, all from around the time I had this issue.

    Thank you,
    Chris

Yea, you’ll need to dig further back and find out why they were originally blocked. Currently you’re just seeing the blocking of IP after they’ve transgressed.

Yep, saw that you just upgraded. Thanks so much for your support! ??

Hmm, so I activated it again to get fresh data but now when I try to click on Audit Trail it just redirects to the home page and won’t let me view anything: “um session ip lock redirect” – “Access to an established user session from a new IP address \”209.59.185.4\”. Redirecting request.”

Same thing happening to my editor – tries to log in and it redirects to home page: “um session ip lock redirect” – “Access to an established user session from a new IP address \”2601:406:4e01:be06:ac6e:e3c7:3cb6:7312\”. Redirecting request.”

okay, for now you’ll need to disable your user management option to limit session to a single IP address. It’s causing problems with your particular setup. That’s what that message is saying.
