How do I get back to my staging site?

I had to back up my computer to a restore point several weeks before I started working on the staging site. This means I no longer have the exact url saved in my history (I forgot what I named it). It’s likely a stupid question with an obvious answer, but how to I get back to my staging site?

I see the “Start” option under WP Staging, but I didn’t want to select it for fear that it would launch a new staging site and I’d lose all the painstaking work I’d done on the old one.
