Sorry for this. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and try again, then let me know if any errors show up on the screen? You can find more info on wp debug here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/WP_DEBUG

    Thanks!

    Hi Joel,

I have enabled WPdebug and refreshed the wordpress dashboard. now I am getting this message:
Notice: Constant FORCE_SSL_ADMIN already defined in /home/www/wordpress/wp-config.php on line 126

And if I attempt to Upgrade and Migrate, I get a warning:
Important: If you have made any customizations since updating Client Dash to 2.0.5, all customizations will be overwritten by previous Client Dash customizations. It is recommended to backup your website first.

This may be a stretch, but some users have had similar issues with SSL incompatibilities. Could you attempt to disable your SSL plugin, try the upgrade, then re-activate it? If this still doesn’t work, please double check that both your frontend AND backend are using SSL, and not just one or the other.

    Thanks!

    Hi Joel,

Yikes, I think we’re near the end of my tech skills. I don’t see an SSLplugin in my list. Not sure how to check if front and back end are using SSL? Also, it may be worth mentioning that I havent change anything on this site for a while, the client dash just recently began acting up.

    thanks!

@joelworsham I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
