Woocommerce Order confirmation not received for customer

URGENTI am testing orders as a Test Customer, and the client is NOT getting their email confirmation from within Woocommerce after payment from Paypal saying “order Received – Thank you for your order. Your order is currently being processed” email ..
After order it redirects back to the website no issues and displays on the screen “Thank you for your Order etc”
The email is usually auto generated from within Woocommerce from with the “Processing Order” template.
When going to Orders, Order Status is “Processing” for that particular order.
Looking under Email log, it doesn’t show anything sent to customer.Why is it not sending emails out to clients for New Orders ?
I am using an SMTP email client. All other emails go out. When I change status from “Processing” to “Completed” emails go out to Customer no issues.
It’s only when initially a New Order is placed and paid.
IPN pmt received.
The client gets the paypal confirmation all fine.
ADMIN gets the email notification for NEW ORDER no issues.It’s just the client end … not receiving email for their new order
URGENT help required. Any help greatly appreciated
