Sidebar not displaying on homepage

    Hi There… been setting up the side bar options for the various categories and it works really well… that is until it comes to the homepage…. if i look at the post in its own right (the actual URL of the post) its fine, but as the latest post its also currently the homepage too.. if someone clicks ‘home’ or just goes to the sites main URL there is no side bar displayed, just a notice telling me to install a widget in the side bar…. not a good look for the home page… the theme is weaver xtreme. any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

  • Hi @vizaldiggard,

    Hope all is well.

    I checked Weaver Extreme theme and in order to replace the sidebar on homepage I needed to enable Primary Sidebar to be replaced, and then in Custom Sidebar Location settings I selected “As Primary Sidebar for selected Archive Types” in Archive types and then selected Front Page.

    Can you try doing that and let me know if it does the trick for you?
