Thanks for the review but it’s a little unfair, the plugin is working the way it’s designed. We do not create an actual file structure on your server, the plugin creates virtual directories in the database. It appears your looking to have a custom plugin installed for your specific needs, you may look towards custom plugin development for that.

We will check into the archive issue, it wasn’t previously reported but we will check it out.

Hey Shizart, we did check into the archive issue. We found that it was working as expected. The archive contains all files and folders of the selected folder. we urge you not to use the review system as a support method. Please look to the forums.

I’ve removed the modlook tag.

This review is a fair one, made after using the plugin for a while. While you may not agree with it, smartypants, it’s certainly someone’s legitimate grievance. I do not believe this to be a ‘review to get support’ but a ‘review to point out flaws in long term use.’

Please don’t apply the modlook tag unless there’s a legitimate issue that requires a moderator. Not liking a review, or thinking it should be a support ticket instead, is not a good reason.
