I am having trouble setting up recurring payments with the PAID add-on and am supposed to be able to get priority technical support. However, although logged in, I cannot figure out how to get that technical support. I click on the icon, go to that page, indicate I have checked documentation and that I have an active licence, but still cannot figure out where to get the actual support? Can someone help?
