Thanks for the feedback. We’ll take a look and see about making any necessary adjustments to resolve that in the 1.4.9 update that we’re working on now.

I’ll be sure to update you here when that’s ready.

@ferfi, I created an issue on GitHub to track this and get it resolved. Please click that link to view the issue where you’ll see a screenshot we took from your site. It’s loading as expected for us, and everything looks clean.

Notice there is a Venmo button since we have Venmo installed on our phone. I’m curious if maybe the Venmo button isn’t showing up for you (if you don’t have Venmo installed, for example) but the space for that button is still there causing the PayPal button to be pushed left..??

Please check our screenshot and double check your side to see if that might be the case. If you can provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing that would help. Thanks!

The Venmo button isn’t showing up on our side – which makes sense now.

Is there a way to disable this button?

You can hide this from EC smart button section , Please see this screenshot [ screenshot ]

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
    Thanks

Actually, the Venmo option is not available to be hidden. If Venmo is not installed on the device you’re using, though, it shouldn’t be leaving the gap where that button would go. Can you provide a URL where this is happening or a screenshot?

Hi. This does not fix the issue of it being to the left on a mobile phone.

the URL is https://www.ferfi.com.au/cart on a mobile device.

@ferfi, I’m actually not able to reproduce any problem with it. When I browse your site on my desktop I see this: https://snag.gy/IOriPX.jpg

On my mobile device the Venmo button shows up and looks like this: https://snag.gy/zbTHJv.jpg

Can you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

Or are you saying that you don’t want Venmo at all on mobile? I think I may have been wrong previously. If I remember correctly from my talks with PayPal, the Venmo button will always show up on mobile, but if you don’t have Venmo installed it will just send you through the regular PayPal Express Checkout experience.

    Hi

    Please see image: https://www.ferfi.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Image-1.jpg

Venmo is not installed however when on a mobile screen the paypal button is to the left.

What browser are you using on mobile? I’m using some mobile simulator views on my desktop, and the responsiveness seems to be working nicely when I test with different screen sizes. It’s always centered nicely. I’m using Chrome and Firefox.

Hi. I am using Firefox on a iPhone 7. I have also checked with Safari and it is also to the left.

Ah, I am seeing that happen now when I make the width as small as possible. It’s jumping to the left at the last moment.

That div is simply using a “0 auto 0 auto” margin to make it centered within whatever div it’s in. There must be something about your theme that’s causing that to break based on the specific view width.

It seems like it has something to do with the Proceed to Checkout button because when I get very small on the width I see the PayPal buttons go left aligned with the Proceed button, but the Proceed button is wider than the PayPal buttons at that point. If I go as far as possible then the Proceed button becomes the same size as the PayPal buttons and they looked centered again.

So again, there must be something about the theme layout causing that div to go left aligned when it reaches a specific width. I tried to find a quick rule that might fix it with Inspector, but I’m not seeing. I can’t spend too much time on something like that without requesting a premium support order, but you might be able to get a quick tip from the theme support team.
