Unable to autheticate pro version for the last 2 days

  • I’ve just purchased the pro version of FooBox but I continually get the following error when activating the license key.

    “Oops… FooBox Image Lightbox requires an access to our API. From unknown reason, the API connectivity test failed. It’s probably a temporary issue on our end. Just to be sure, with your permission, would it be o.k to run another connectivity test?”

    Please suggest a solution.

    Excellent that resolved the first problem (no curl-php installed) however now I am faced with this issue when trying to activate the license:

    “Your license is already activated on 1 installs.”

    This is the only site I have tried to activate the license on.

    hey Mike – I am glad you are now connecting to the API.
    Send me the domain you have it installed on and I can increase the site count for you

    @yonorri – just following up on your request here. Are you able to provide your domain so we can increase your license count?
