Hestia: Get webfonts 404 issue – bug?

    Hello,

    I am facing an issue with Hestia on a very light website (2-pages only) at finefruit.co

    Get webfonts fontawesome results in 404 and slows down the website load time. Please, see screenshot here https://www.diigo.com/item/image/5pj5q/gno3

    Any advice to solve this issue is welcome.

    I think it is happening because of SSL is enabled on the server as I see the following error:

    Access to Font at 'https://d9obr3zmsb6k3.cloudfront.net/wp-content/themes/hestia/assets/font-awesome/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.ttf?v=4.7.0' from origin 'https://finefruit.co' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://finefruit.co' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 404.

    Can you check this with your web host once? It seems like a server related problem.

    Hi Vishaka, thank you. Somehow, the issue was solved by reinstalling WordPress. Thanks.
