You can also modify the theme with your Chrome browser’s Inspect Element tool, see this link for how to go about doing that: https://wptheming.com/2012/07/chrome-developer-tools-wordpress/

In your case, you’ll want to do something like this:

input.application-button {
color: black;
background-color: blue;
}

The job doesn’t load for me anymore, but in any case, further CSS help is outside the scope of support that I can provide.
