cf7 forever loading icon after clicking the send button

Hi! I’ve been using your plugin for quite a long time now. I noticed that this plugin hasn’t been updated for 7 months and that I think, is the reason why I came across an error on my WordPress site.

The error occurs when a user clicks the send button on the contact form (Contact Form 7) and cause the forever loading icon, I can recieve emails but it’s not appearing on the Google sheet neither is redirecting to my thank-you page.

I tried checking the google developers tool to see the Javascript error (as said by the author of CF7) and there I found the error saying “https://example.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/1401/feedback Error 500 Internal Server Error”, so I restarted the server for several times but it didn’t work. I tried disabling other plugins except for this plugin and CF7, but the error still exists.

Lastly, I checked the error log and there I found that this plugin is the culprit. I really like this plugin, it’s really a big help to me so please, kindly update this plugin and resolve the issue
