Drop-Down menu not working

    Hello,

    The drop-down menu doesn’t seem to work on any browser anymore. You can’t click on the field to get the options. Other drop-down categories are also not working e.g. the province/state one.

    Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

    It worked on Thursday/Friday still and stopped working now over the weekend.

    Hi there,

    This sounds like it could be a JavaScript or PHP error. Have you tried submitting the form with your JavaScript console open and error logging on? If not can you please try and let me know what errors you see? We have a guide on how to do this here: https://calderaforms.com/2016/05/wordpress-debug-logging/

    Once you report back with the errors, we can get to solving your problem immediately. If you find nothing, please still let us know. This means we need to take a closer look at your form configurations, or you may have found a bug, in which case I want to make sure I report it and put it in our product update calendar ASAP.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for your response. I am unfortunately not very affine with such technical things to look into PHP or JavaScript errors. I had a look on the guide but that is unfortunately like Chinese to me. ??

    The problem was not there before. It just happened all of a sudden before the Easter weekend. It is not working ever since.
