    Hello, I can not find the problem … I have created a form from scratch, and when a user registers he sends his username and password but does not send confirmation email … then user can not log in .. any idea why pass this?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    First of all you need to update RegistrationMagic to the latest version.

    In order to send username and password to the user through email and to also activate user automatically:

    a) Click on RegistrationMagic > global settings
    b) Select ‘user accounts’
    c) In account activation method, choose activate user automatically
    d) Enable: send username and password to the user through email
    e) Save it

    Now I understand, the problem is that this option is not offered by the free version .. I just bought the premium version and the question is, do I have the free plugin configured, how do I install the premium version without losing the configuration?

    Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry for any issues you had to face with submission of ticket. We ran quick tests on the site and also checked logs over last few hours, and everything seems to be in order. It might have been temporary network issue perhaps.

    Upgrading Registration Magic to premium version is very easy. You just need to follow these steps:

    1. Log into https://registrationmagic.com/login/
    2. Go to “Purchase History” under “My Account” section.
    3. Download the latest version.
    4. Deactivate and delete existing version. Do not worry, your data will not be lost.
    5. Install new package and activate.
