Shortcode parameters not working

Tried using some parameters in the shortcode, but none we have tested work.
eg. [theme-my-login show_reg_link=“false” show_pass_link=“false”]

Even with a single parameter it still doesn’t work,
eg. [theme-my-login show_reg_link=“false”]

What is the best way to remove the register link from the login page?
Is there a trick to using shortcode parameters or are they no longer supported?
