• It synced the products from our website, as it should, then it added all our existing customers, then greyed out the option to change it. I’ve deactivated this plugin, it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

    Hi @bnolan,

Thanks for your feedback. I came across your review and wanted to chime in to let you know a little more about how the plugin is designed.

Currently, after installation, the list is grayed out because it becomes tied to your store in the “Connected Sites” area of MailChimp. This is expected behavior, and it’s required for the sync and automations trigger correctly. On uninstall, everything gets flushed out on the MailChimp side and allows you to start over (if necessary).

In short, it’s not that we don’t want to give you the option to change your list; it’s simply required on the technical side of things. In the future, we’ll try to figure out a smoother way to allow users to switch lists and flush things out properly. I agree that could be improved.

Thanks again for your feedback. Please consider adjusting your rating as the plugin is functioning as expected.

    – Kyle
