Problems after update to 0.9.85.2

    Hi to everybody, i am writing because after the update to the latest version of ampfprwp i got some problems:
    1_ all the layout changed, width of fields and fonts sizes made with the builder
    2_ redirect issues

    i also noticed that when i click the link of th website from google search panel i get a redirect to www(.)google(.)com/amp/s/mywebsite/amp , is this correct and normal? Before wasn’t happening.

    1. Can you please share the URL of the site so that I can see and understand what changed and how we can fix it.

    2. Can you tell me what sort of redirection issues are you talking about?

    hi, the URL is this https:// silent-disco (.) it

    Now i downgrade to thew previous version, so everything works fine. The redirection missing is the one from the homepage from silent-disco(.)it it doesnt redirect to silent-disco(.)it/amp – Beside that also all the layout was deformed.

    Hi, i just noticed that now it is giving me the problem also with old version 0.9.85.0 .

    That is correct because it is google’s AMP cache url. It is one of the main things that people are unhappy about in terms of deploying AMP – you can google to find out more about why many don’t like this.

    https:// silent-disco(.)it/amp/ That is showing a mess for me (like completely wrong encoding).

    Try to make a simple AMP home page where the page is not hidden and with home page support set to on. Don’t use a redirect to see if you can atleast get a simple page to show.

    And what you mean that you see a complete mess? I used the builder to create the amp page. I have the same settings also here: silent-disco(.)es/amp

    You see wrong encoding also there?

    Could be the plugin worfence creating issues?

    Solved. Was just a cache conflict.
