Order notes in wp-admin

Hi,

In WooCommercommerce 3.3 a redesign of the orders page is done. One of the functions which are (re)moved is the customer note option. You hover over the customer note section and the customer note was displayed like a tooltip.
This function is gone and added to the preview of the whole order.

Now we need an extra click to show the customer note. This customer note can be important for delivery. And with hundreds of orders each day, not a handy thing to do now as it requires a click and close of the preview window.

So my question is, how can I add the customer note section back as it was prior to woocommerce 3.3 ?
Which filter do I have to set?
