Redirection from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com

Hi,

I’d like to get back my old Pagerank and redirect my old WP.com blog to my new WP.org blog. I found some tutorial which involves using nameserver from my new domain to actually host it back to wordpress.com but if my understanding is correct all it does is simply asking me to pay 10$ for having wordpress.com hosting a blog on my domain…

Anyone have any idea how to do the trick? Thanks
