User Account + Payment Integration

I’m currently building a site for my tree service business. I’m looking to create a page that allows my clients to create an account on the website. Through this account they will be able to view unpaid invoices for past services in which they can pay for online using Paypal, Swipe, etc. Essentially, I’d like to ALSO integrate the payments with Quickbooks, so the process is streamlined.Is this possible? Which plug-ins are needed to do this.

1. How to create user accounts?
2. How to allow user to view past invoices?
3. How can the user pay for invoice online?
4. How to integrate these invoices with Quickbooks.
